Shore Capital is pleased to have acted as Financial Adviser, Rule 3 Adviser and Broker to Rotala PLC (AIM: ROL.L) on the £23.5m recommended cash offer by Rotala Group Limited (a newly incorporated entity directly and indirectly owned and controlled by certain members of the Rotala management team).

Rotala PLC, an operator of bus routes in the UK for businesses, local authorities, and the general public, appointed Shore Capital as nominated adviser and broker in October 2020 and this transaction brings a successful three-year partnership to a close, which in the last year included supporting the company on a tender offer and two disposals.
