Shore Capital acts as Broker and Bookrunner on ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust’s US$150m IPO
ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust has today admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with Shore Capital acting as Broker and Bookrunner. Following the issue of the consideration shares for the Solar Arise seed assets in India and on the basis of the issue price the company will have an approximate market capitalisation of US$150m.
ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust is the first dedicated offering on the London Stock Exchange providing direct access to sustainable real assets in fast-growing and emerging economies in Asia.
