Shore Capital is pleased to have acted as Bookrunner on a £1.5m placing and subscription for Quadrise plc.

The company is also enabling existing qualifying shareholders to participate in an open offer at the issue price to raise additional gross proceeds of up to £1.0m.

Quadrise, a supplier of innovative energy solutions for a cleaner planet, will use the proceeds to support the company’s activities up to 31 March 2025, by which time the trial with MSC should be near completion and projects in Morocco and Utah are expected to be generating commercial revenues, on current timelines.
