Market Tech transfers to the Main Market

Shore Capital is delighted to have acted as Joint Financial Adviser and Broker to Market Tech Holdings Limited for the transfer from AIM to the Main Market which was announced on 25 January 2015. The Company’s shares were admitted to the Main Market (Standard Segment) this morning.  Market Tech combines iconic real estate assets and e-commerce. It has a market capital of £875m.
