Shore Capital is delighted to have placed £5.0 million of shares in Inspired Energy plc for the directors of the business.

Inspired Energy plc is a leading energy procurement consultant to UK corporates. Shore Capital acted as Joint Bookrunner to the placing of 37.7 million existing ordinary shares at a price of at 13.25 pence per Ordinary Share. The placing was undertaken in response to strong institutional demand and has broadened the Group’s shareholder register as well as providing increased liquidity in the Group’s shares.
