Results of AGM and Resignation of Director
At the AGM held today, 23 September 2014 at noon, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Harold Paisner resigned today as a director of the Company with immediate effect so resolution 2, proposing his reappointment as a director, was therefore not put to the meeting. The board thanked Harold Paisner for his contribution to the Company. A copy of the summary of the proxy votes received will be placed on the Company’s website at www.shorecap.co.uk.
