Shore Capital is delighted to have acted as Bookrunner and Joint Corporate Broker on Quadrise plc’s (AIM:QED) significantly oversubscribed £6.53m placing and retail offer.

The net proceeds of the fundraise will be used to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet, accelerate product and business development activity, commit to equipment purchases to allow for rapid deployments, and for working capital as the Company progresses toward first commercial revenues with major industry partners including QIL, MSC and Cargill.
