Shore Capital is delighted to have acted as Nomad and Joint Bookrunner to Mpac Group plc on its transformational €56m acquisition of CSi Palletising and associated placing which has raised £29m. Shore Capital is also acting for Mpac on its £1m retail offer via the Bookbuild platform.

The placing was significantly oversubscribed and was strongly supported by both existing and a large number of new institutional investors.

Mpac, a global leader in high-speed packaging and automation solutions, intends to use the placing funds to partly fund the acquisition of CSi Palletising, a leading provider of end-of-line automation and palletising solutions.

Mpac has had a transformational few weeks, also acquiring BCA automation for $17m and SIGA Vision. We look forward to continuing to assist and support the enlarged Mpac Group as it begins this exciting next stage in its growth journey.
