Shore Capital is delighted to have acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Broker on a significantly oversubscribed £50m placing and retail offer for NewRiver REIT plc.

The net proceeds of the placing and retail offer will be used to fund, in part, the cash component of the consideration payable pursuant to a possible cash and share offer for Capital & Regional plc by NewRiver.

Shore Capital has acted as joint corporate broker to NewRiver, a real estate investment trust, since August 2021 and we look forward to continuing to support its growth ambitions.
